Sportsbook Rules

Introduction and Scope

The following Rules govern all betting activity conducted on the Dada8 sportsbook (the Service). By placing any Bet, the Client accepts and agrees to be bound by these Rules, the applicable law, and the terms of use of the Service. Dada8 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time and will publish material changes where required by law or regulation.

Definitions

  • Line — a list of suggested events with the odds set by Dada8 for a given betting session.
  • Bet — an agreement concluded between the Client and Dada8, where the Client wagers funds on one or more Outcomes under the terms shown in the Line.
  • Client — the person who places Bets and is bound by these Rules, subject to age and eligibility restrictions.
  • Balance — the funds held by the Client in two accounts: real balance and bonus balance. Real funds are used first for Bets; bonus funds are governed by active bonus terms.
  • Outcome — a distinct result on which a Bet can be placed.
  • Odds — the multiplier applied to the stake to calculate potential winnings.
  • Transaction ID — a unique identifier assigned to each valid Bet for settlement reference.
  • Official Score/Statistics — scores and statistics provided by the designated official source for the event; where unavailable, independent or internal statistics may be used in accordance with these Rules.
  • Live/In-Play — Bets placed on events during their occurrence, where outcomes may be undetermined at the time of bet acceptance.

Bet Types

  1. Single Bet — a bet placed on the outcome of a single event. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
  2. Multiple Bet (Accumulator) — a bet on the outcomes of two or more unrelated events. All selections must win for the bet to succeed. Payout equals the stake multiplied by the product of the odds for all selections.
  3. System Bet — a bet consisting of several multiple bets of the same size on a set number of outcomes. Each component is settled separately; total payout equals the sum of the individual bets’ payouts.
  4. Conditional Bet — a chain of Bets where only the first (main) part is paid out, with the remainder funded from the winnings of the main part. Events in the main part may not be reused in subsequent parts. If the main part loses, all Conditional Bets fail.
  5. Prohibition on Related Events — it is prohibited to include events relating to the same match within Multiple and System bets. If such a combination is detected, the bet is refunded.
  6. Final Odds and Transfers — final odds reflect the type of bet and the event’s specifics, including any postponement or rescheduling. If a transfer of the event date occurs, odds may be adjusted accordingly and may be reset to 1 where applicable.

Bet Acceptance, Validity, and Settlement

  1. Bet Acceptance — Bets are accepted based on the valid Line available at the time of bet acceptance. A Bet becomes valid only when it is accepted by Dada8 servers and associated with a unique Transaction ID.
  2. Pre-Event Bets — Bets are accepted before the event starts, subject to market rules. Live bets are exempt from pre-match acceptance rules and are governed by Live Betting provisions.
  3. Unsettled or Contested Bets — disputes or unsettled Bets must be raised within 30 days from the end of the event; later submissions may be excluded from consideration.
  4. Line Changes — Dada8 may modify odds, handicaps, totals, and limits at any time. Bets placed before such changes retain the terms applicable at the time of bet acceptance.
  5. Bet Limits — the minimum and maximum stake for any event are determined by Dada8 for each event and bet type and may be altered without prior notice. Dada8 reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on individual accounts.
  6. Invalid Bets — any Bet on an event where the result was known at the time of acceptance is void and must be returned. Bets on prematch lines after the event start may be settled at odds of 1 where permitted by market rules.
  7. Errors and Corrections — Dada8 does not guarantee error-free displays of odds, results, participants, or start times. Where a palpable error occurs, Bets may be void if the error affects the market’s fundamental terms. In-play palpable errors may also be voided.
  8. Accountability — the Client is responsible for the accuracy of Bet details. Bets, once accepted by the System, cannot be altered or cancelled due to client error. System or communication failures do not automatically constitute grounds for cancellation.
  9. Non-Participation and Non-Runners — where a market includes non-participants, refunds or void adjustments apply as dictated by market rules.

In-Play / Live Betting

  1. Availability — Live Bets are accepted during events on outcomes with undetermined results and may be restricted to specific markets and events.
  2. Real-Time Odds — In-Play odds update continuously to reflect event progression. Acceptance of a bet is subject to dynamic pricing and may be delayed by technical factors.
  3. Settlement — Live Bets are settled based on results as they become known or as determined by official sources. In the absence of official data, Dada8 may rely on internal statistics, but settlements will reflect the official result where available.
  4. Progress and Interruption — Bets on a market that is interrupted or abandoned within a reasonable period are settled at the applicable rules, with void or refunded status assigned to unresolved outcomes unless settlement has been determined.
  5. Eligibility — Live Bets are available only to Clients meeting the age and eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules. Dada8 may block access for suspected automated betting or other breaches of rules.

Cash Out and Partial Cash Out

Dada8 offers Cash Out for selected Bets to provide risk management prior to final outcome. Cash Out may be applied fully or partially on eligible bets where the feature is available. The Cash Out amount is calculated at the time of request and may be higher or lower than the original stake. The final outcome of the related Bet will have no bearing on the settled cash-out amount if the Cash Out request is successful.

  • Availability — Cash Out is available on designated sports, events, and markets, pre-match and in-play, on single and multiple Bets. The absence of a cash-out icon indicates non-availability for the selected Bet.
  • Partial Cash Out — A Client may select a partial amount to cash out; the remaining stake is settled according to the final result of the Bet.
  • Restrictions — Some promotions, free bets, or certain bet types may be excluded from Cash Out. Free bets do not qualify for Cash Out or Partial Cash Out.
  • Technical Conditions — Delays, market suspensions, or technical issues may cause Cash Out requests to fail. In such cases, Bets will remain unchanged and will be settled per standard rules.
  • Right to Modify — Dada8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw Cash Out at any time and to reverse Cash Out settlements if a market is settled in error.

Bonuses, Balances, and Wagering

Dada8 maintains two balances: real funds and bonus funds. Real balance is used for Bets first; bonus funds are governed by the active bonus terms and conditions. Winnings attributed to bets placed with bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real funds.

  • Bonus Use — Bets placed from the bonus balance are governed by the active wagering terms. If a bonus balance is deactivated prior to Bet settlement, the bet may be voided.
  • Conversion — If a bet placed from the bonus balance is subsequently converted into real money, the converted stake does not undergo further settlement separate from the original bet.
  • Withdrawal of Bonus Bets — If a Client opts to place Bets using only real funds, bonus funds will not affect Bets or settlements.
  • Restrictions on Bonus Bets — With an active bonus, Clients may be restricted from betting on more than one outcome within the same market on a single event. Violations may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings and may lead to account restrictions.

Eligibility, Restrictions, and Responsible Gambling

Dada8 prohibits Bets from individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement or who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited. In addition, individuals who participate in events or who have affiliations with other betting entities, or who attempt to gain unfair advantage, are disallowed from placing Bets. Dada8 may block or suspend accounts suspected of automated or bot activity or other rule violations, without prior notice.

Market Availability and Mapped Outcomes

Markets available on Dada8 include standard outcomes and commonly used composites. Examples of standard Market representations are: 1) Team 1 To Win indicated as “1”, 2) Draw indicated as “X”, 3) Team 2 To Win indicated as “2”, 4) Team To Win or Draw indicated as “1X”, 5) Team To Win or Team 2 To Win indicated as “12”, 6) Team 2 To Win or Draw indicated as “X2”.

Other markets include handicaps, totals, correct score, half-time/full-time (HT-FT) and time-interval bets. The Handicap, Total, and other market definitions align with standard betting terminology and are described in the market-specific sections of the Line.

Disputes, Timeframes, and Record-Keeping

All claims relating to bets, settlements, or market data must be submitted within 30 days of the end of the event. Dada8 relies on transaction logs stored on its servers as the ultimate authority for deciding disputes. Official data from the relevant governing bodies or score providers will be used to settle Bets where available; in cases of conflicting data, independent evidence may be used, and in the absence of conclusive evidence, Dada8 may rely on its internal statistics to determine settlement.

Rights and Operational Provisions

  • Market Suspension and Bet Cancellations — Dada8 reserves the right to suspend a market and/or cancel any Bet at any time. Bets entered on a suspended market will be rejected. Dada8 also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets without notice.
  • Changes to Rules — Dada8 may modify these Rules. Where changes are material, Clients may be informed as required by applicable law.
  • Data Integrity — while Dada8 uses best endeavours to maintain accurate market data, it is not responsible for typographical or data-entry errors that do not alter the fundamental terms of a Bet. Where an error is material, the Bet may be voided or adjusted as appropriate.
  • Governing Law — Bets placed on the Service are governed by the laws applicable to the Client’s jurisdiction, as permitted by the Company’s licensing and regulatory obligations.
