Definitions
In this Agreement the following terms have the meanings indicated, unless the context requires otherwise:
- Account means the personal profile through which you access Dada8 services, including all related features and sub-accounts you may hold.
- Bets or Wagers refer to the outcomes you select on events or propositions offered by Dada8, for which the result is uncertain at the time of placement.
- Event means a sports competition, market, or other activity on which a bet may be placed, including official match times and statuses as determined by governing bodies or the operator.
- Gambling Services includes all betting, gaming, or related activities provided through the Dada8 platform, whether by real-time or deferred play.
- KYC means the process by which Dada8 verifies the identity and eligibility of a user, including collection of documents and information as required by applicable laws.
- Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Prohibited Conduct includes any activity that breaches this Agreement, applicable law, or harms the integrity of the platform (such as fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotions).
- Withdrawal means the transfer of funds from the Account to a user-designated method in compliance with this Agreement.
General Provisions
This Agreement governs the use of the gambling services provided by Dada8. By accessing or using the services you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Dada8 reserves the right to modify the Agreement at any time, with modifications becoming effective upon notice or subsequent use of the services.
The laws applicable to the operation and licensing framework under which Dada8 provides its services shall govern any disputes arising under this Agreement. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Opening and Closing of an Account
To open an Account you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria, including the age threshold of 18 years or older and truthful completion of all required information. You must promptly notify Dada8 of any changes to your information. You may close your Account at any time in accordance with the procedures described in this section; closing may terminate active bets and suspend access to Funds in the Account, subject to any pending transactions or obligations.
Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
For security and regulatory compliance, Dada8 may request documentation to verify your identity, address, and source of funds before permitting access to certain features or before withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method details. Refusal or failure to provide requested documents may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on the Account, including suspension of withdrawals.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
Deposits and Withdrawals must be conducted using methods supported by Dada8. Each transaction is subject to verification and may be reversed if irregularities are detected. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply as published from time to time. Funds may be held in the Account for security or compliance reasons until verification is completed. Dada8 may apply reasonable processing times and, where applicable, fees disclosed prior to the transaction.
- Deposits: Accepted methods include card payments, bank transfers, and eligible e-wallets as available to the user’s jurisdiction. Funds become available for betting once credited to the Account.
- Withdrawals: Requests are processed after successful authentication and verification. Withdrawals may be limited by identity checks or source of funds reviews. Pending documents or unresolved disputes may delay processing.
- Verification: Dada8 may require documentation prior to withdrawals or when there is unusual activity or changes in ownership, and may suspend or cancel withdrawals if verification cannot be completed.
Fraud, Prohibited Activities, and Security
You must not engage in any activity that interferes with the integrity of the gambling services, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, using multiple accounts, sharing account access, or attempting to manipulate odds or outcomes. Dada8 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate an Account and to nullify any affected bets or winnings in cases of suspected wrongdoing or regulatory non-compliance.
Responsible Gambling
Dada8 promotes responsible gambling. Users may set self-imposed limits or opt for temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Dada8 may offer tools and resources to assist users in recognizing problem gambling behavior. Engagement with these tools is voluntary, and continued use of the services indicates acceptance of this risk-management framework.
Bets Acceptance and Dispute Resolution
Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be canceled or altered, except as provided by these Terms or in cases of technical error or fraud. In the event of a discrepancy, Dada8 will review the bet records, including timestamps, odds at the time of acceptance, and the nature of any technical malfunction. Disputes must be submitted within a defined timeframe and will be resolved based on the operator’s transaction records. The decision of Dada8 on all disputes is final and binding.
Types of Bets
- Single Bet – a bet on one event with one outcome.
- Accumulator – a bet comprising multiple selections where all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
- System Bet – a combination bet allowing multiple selections with predefined eligible combinations; payouts depend on the number of correct selections.
- Other Bet Types – includes chain, parlay, and conditional bets as offered by the platform from time to time.
Rules on Sports and Events
Event rules, including official start times, durations, and conclusions, are governed by the rules of the relevant sport or competition and the specific event rules published by Dada8 for each market. In cases of postponement, cancellation, or uncertainty about an event, bets may be treated as void, partially settled, or canceled in accordance with the applicable rules and this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Dada8 platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users acquire no ownership rights under this Agreement and are granted a limited license to use the platform strictly for personal gambling purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
Dada8 processes Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to improve user experience and security. By continuing to use the services, you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in connection with the purposes described, including identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Changes to These Terms
Dada8 may update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users in accordance with applicable laws and the terms’ own notice provisions. Continued use of the gambling services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s licensing regime. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the services shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the operator’s policies, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Miscellaneous
- Third-party links and payments outside the platform are not covered by these Terms unless explicitly authorized.
- If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- These Terms supersede any prior understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
